Egan Medical Limited – Terms and Conditions

Dr Matt Egan is a trading name of Egan Medical Limited

1. Payment and Contract Formation


Any payment made by a client to Egan Medical Limited shall constitute conclusive evidence of the client’s unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and shall give rise to a legally binding contract between the client and Egan Medical Limited for the supply of goods and/or services, including but not limited to hair transplant surgery, notwithstanding any prior correspondence, representations, or negotiations. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any terms provided or purported to be imposed by the client, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail and take precedence. This contract and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Egan Medical Limited arising under or in connection with this contract shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client in respect of the goods and/or services giving rise to such liability, and Egan Medical Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, or goodwill.

2. Consultation Fee


All consultations with Egan Medical Limited are subject to a fee of £150, payable in full at the time of booking. This consultation fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the outcome of the consultation, the client’s subsequent decisions, or any cancellation or failure to attend. No consultation appointment shall be confirmed until full payment has been received. Clients may request to reschedule a consultation appointment once, provided that a minimum of 48 hours’ prior notice is given in writing. Any further request to reschedule, or any request made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, shall be treated as a cancellation and the consultation fee forfeited in full.

3. Treatment Fees and Deposits


All treatment fees, including for hair transplant surgery, shall be confirmed in writing following the client’s consultation. In order to secure a treatment appointment, the client must pay a deposit of £1,000, which will be deducted from the total treatment fee. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled treatment date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payment in accordance with these terms will result in the cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the deposit. Clients may request to reschedule the date of their treatment appointment once only, provided that a minimum of 60 days’ prior notice is given in writing. Any request to reschedule made within 60 days of the scheduled treatment date, or any further request beyond the single permitted reschedule, shall be treated as a cancellation and the deposit forfeited in full.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome


Clients acknowledge and agree that Egan Medical Limited provides no guarantee or warranty, express or implied, regarding the results or outcome of any treatment, including hair transplant surgery. Individual results may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, the client’s health, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Egan Medical Limited shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction with results, whether actual or perceived, and the client accepts that the provision of treatments is undertaken at their own risk.

5. Cancellations and Refunds


All consultation fees and treatment deposits paid to Egan Medical Limited are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions. Clients may reschedule a consultation once with at least 48 hours’ notice, and a treatment appointment once with at least 60 days’ notice, in accordance with the respective policies set out above. Any cancellation or failure to attend outside these permitted rescheduling allowances, or any request to reschedule made within the required notice periods, shall result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee or treatment deposit, as applicable. No refunds shall be provided for any portion of payments already made, and Egan Medical Limited shall have no liability for any costs or losses incurred by the client as a result of cancellation or rescheduling.

USER AGREEMENT

When you provide information to Egan Medical Limited, you certify that all such information is accurate and may be used as we see fit to improve the service we provide (in accordance with our Privacy Policy). You have the right to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you. We charge an administration fee of £50 for this service, which will also allow you to correct any inaccuracies present in said information.
